BEARD SOP: Standard Operating Procedure

Reset. Replenish. Dominate.

Mission

Establish disciplined daily grooming standards engineered through real-world testing and structured routine to maintain beard health, reinforce controlled appearance, and ensure professional readiness in any environment. These standards eliminate guesswork and replace it with repeatable, performance-driven results.

Performance is not accidental — it is trained. Discipline creates consistency. Consistency creates control. Control produces results.

Product Deployment Protocol

1. Cleansing Protocol – Reset Phase
Use plant-based beard bar or liquid wash 2–4 times weekly (more as needed for heavy buildup).
Our cleansers are traditional saponified soaps — alkaline by nature and built for a deep, effective clean. Skin naturally rebalances after washing.
Use lukewarm water. Lather thoroughly. Rinse completely. Pat dry.
Apply beard oil immediately after washing.

2. Beard Oil – Replenish Phase (Foundation Layer)
Apply 3–8 drops daily. Massage into the skin first to restore the lipid barrier after cleansing. Pull remaining oil through beard hair. Comb or brush evenly.
Skin first. Beard second.

3. Beard Butter – Conditioning & Soft Control
Formulated with Shorea, Kokum, and Mango butters plus conditioning plant oils to support softness and manageability.
Warm between palms. Work evenly through beard. Lightly brush into place.

4. Beard Balm – Structure & Environmental Control
Butter-based formula reinforced with Candelilla wax for medium hold and flyaway control.
Warm fully before applying. Shape intentionally.

5. Stache Wax – Precision Control
Structured with Candelilla, Bayberry, and Carnauba waxes for stronger hold and detail shaping.
Warm a small amount. Apply from center outward. Shape with discipline.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Neckline: Two fingers above the Adam’s apple. Establish your baseline and maintain it.

Trim: Cut dry only. Trim conservatively. Reassess before removing more length.

Line Discipline: Keep cheek lines clean and intentional. Avoid drifting lines or uneven edges.

Symmetry Check: Step back from the mirror and inspect overall balance. Adjust slowly.

Stray Control: Remove flyaways and split ends as needed. Precision beats speed.

Tool Readiness: Clean clippers, sharpen blades, and sanitize tools before and after use.

Condition Review: Evaluate dryness, stiffness, or buildup. Adjust oil, butter, or balm usage accordingly.

Standard: Maintain structure. Maintain control. Maintain presence.
