Returns & Sanitary Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of grooming products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or delivered products.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery, as indicated by the carrier tracking record.

To submit a claim, please provide:
-Order number
-Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
-A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted outside of the five-day window may not be eligible for review.

If approved, we will issue either:
-A replacement product, or
-A refund to the original payment method

Resolution is determined at our discretion.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Big Jon’s Beard Co.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
-Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
-Processing times may extend during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Carrier Responsibility:
-Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

Big Jon’s Beard Co. is not liable for:
-Carrier delays
-Weather-related delays
-Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
-If a package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Address Accuracy:
-Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
-We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
-If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

International Orders:
-For international shipments:
-Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
-Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing.
-Big Jon’s Beard Co. is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges assessed by foreign governments.
